Mie was assigned various leadership roles since he was in the Army as a Platoon Sergeant.Taking care of his platoon was a challenge that he never failed as he strategically planned out his way to train them. By that it motivates him more to be working in a uniformed service,as an ICA officer.
10 years being in the service as an ICA officer, was no longer challenging for him as being a case getter was just a norm as time passed.
Mie decided to take the leap of faith as his goals and ambitions directed him to enter the financial industry.
He learns that finding financial freedom is his goal and time flexibility which enables him to spend more time with his families and peers.
Mie will strive to cater his service to his future clients by equipping and securing them with the recommended policies based on their needs.
