Halim graduated from Temasek Polytechnic with a Diploma in Law & Management, before heading to National Service in the SAF as a Platoon Sergeant in 5th Singapore Infantry Regiment.

Prior to this, Halim has been representing the country in Taekwondo for 7 years. Throughout his stint in the National Team, he has represented the country in many major competitions such as World Championships and also the South East Asian Games, bringing back a Bronze for the country in 2011 and also a quarter finalist in 2013, losing out to the eventual champion of his weight category by a mere 2 points.

After National Service, prior to joining AIA Singapore, he was an ICA Officer. After being in service in 4 years, his goals in life changed. He was discontented with work as it was not aligned with his life goals and principles. He also felt that it was too mundane and repetitive.

Halim found MIRAJ Advisory later on, and believed that what was taught was in line with his principles and took the leap of faith to join. Within the first few months of the career, Halim has achieved quite a number of milestones. Halim is always looking to improve himself day by day, in terms of knowledge and skills so that he can value-add to all his clients, especially when it comes to money and financial planning. With his additional knowledge of Law, there is definitely more to him than meets the eye.
