Hafiz was an Army Officer in the Singapore Armed Forces during his National Service where he developed his leadership and communication skills working with people from different walks of life.

Hafiz then had careers in the energy, construction and aviation industry prior to joining the financial industry in 2019. What made Hafiz take the leap of faith to join AIA Singapore Pte Ltd as a Financial Services Consultant was when concurrent costly medical incidents in his life was saved because he had a properly planned portfolio. It made Hafiz realise that other people should also experience the positive benefits that he went through seeing how it helped him during a challenging period of his life.

With proper training and guidance, the risk he took has paid off and today he feels satisfaction in knowing that what he does helps his clients be financially prepared.
